2. INR Deposits - Refund Eligibility

Refunds for INR (Indian Rupee) deposits may be processed in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund:

  • System Error: Deposit credited twice due to technical error
  • Incorrect Amount: Amount deposited differs from user's intended transaction
  • Account Closure: Account suspended or closed before deposit utilization
  • Failed Verification: KYC verification fails after deposit
  • Duplicate Payment: Same transaction charged multiple times

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Deposits used for completed trades

Refund Timeline: INR refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.

3. Cryptocurrency Transactions - No Refund

The following transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Completed Trades: Buy/sell orders executed on the platform
  • Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: Withdrawals sent to blockchain addresses
  • Blockchain Transfers: Any transaction confirmed on the blockchain
  • Trading Fees: Fees charged for completed transactions
  • Network Fees: Blockchain gas fees and miner fees

Reason: Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

4. Wrong Address Withdrawals

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying withdrawal addresses.

  • Algometrix is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
  • Always double-check the recipient address and network before confirming withdrawal
  • Use the address whitelist feature for added security
  • Test with small amounts before large transfers

No refunds will be issued for cryptocurrency sent to wrong addresses.

5. Platform Technical Issues - Compensation

If you experience losses due to proven platform technical failures:

  • System Downtime: Inability to execute critical trades during platform outage
  • Execution Errors: Orders executed at incorrect prices due to system bug
  • Failed Withdrawals: Deducted from account but not sent to blockchain

7. Account Closure and Balance Refund

  • INR Balance: Remaining INR balance will be refunded to your linked bank account within 7 business days
  • Cryptocurrency Balance: Must be withdrawn to your personal wallet before account closure

  • Minimum Balance: Balances below ₹100 (INR) or equivalent crypto may not be refundable
